Wine with a beautiful straw yellow colour with hints of green and gold, delicate and intense aromas and a fresh flavour, tasty and balanced so that with its simplicity, it is able to complement every kind of meal. Careful selection of grapes followed by only a gentle pressing and using only the free-run juice. Cooling at 10-12° C with natural decanting. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-17° C for 15 days. Rested 15 – 30 days on fine lees Alcohol by volume: 12%
